It is applied between 7 and 10 minutes per area of ​​10 x 10 cm, in the form of a circular massage, with slow movements and in a maximum of 3 contiguous areas.

How often do sessions take place and how many are normally needed?

It is recommended to allow a period of between 10 and 15 days between sessions, at least one week, fulfilling a total of between 5 and 12 applications as appropriate.

Is any diet or care recommended before and during treatment?

It is recommended to accompany the treatment with a hypocaloric diet for 4 days after the session and a water intake before and after the treatment of 2 liters per day.
